over 25 years of experience in public accounting and business
systems. Prior to his public accounting experience, he was a tax
specialist for Louisiana Pacific Corporation, an IRS District
Conferee in Audit Appeals, and an Internal Revenue Service Agent
for eight years.

combined staff experience of more than 35 years in accounting,
tax preparation and planning, management consulting, and computer
applications, and a history of building business relationships
